 Yesterday, we started a new series on feelings.  We talked about being happy.  Today, we will talk about the opposite.  The goal for the week is helping kids use words to talk about their feelings.

 Today, we will start a new week and a new theme.  We will be talking about feelings this week.  I hope everyone can use words to tell how they feel, why they feel that way, and how others feel.  That is the goal for the week.

 Today, we finish our series on the body.  We will talk about hygiene and keeping everything clean today.

 Today, we will move from talking about the parts of our body to talking about caring for our body.  Today, the topic is exercise.

 Today, we will look at the lower body.  We will talk about parts of the body from the waist down.    

 Today, we will talk about the upper body:  our chest (and belly), our shoulders, our arms, our wrists, and our hands.
